HR Coordinator/Manager


The pay rate for this position is negotiable and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and the needs of the company.

 

Summary:

The HR Coordinator/Manager is responsible for the administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resource function.

 

Essential Functions

  1. Ongoing recruitment of home healthcare caregivers.
  2. Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organization's compliance.
  3. Maintains responsibility for organization compliance with federal, state, and local legislation pertaining to all personnel matters.
  4. Coordinates or conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  5. Consults with legal counsel as appropriate, or as directed by the CEO, on personnel matters.
  6. Works directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters.
  7. Recommends, evaluates, and participates in staff development for the organization.
  8. Develops and maintains a human resource information system that meets the organization's personnel information needs.


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

  • This is a 3–4-month contract position, 100% onsite. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

 

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree and 4 to 10 years' related experience or training, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Master's degree.
  • PHR/SPHR certification
