FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Hybrid, 3 day in off, 2 days remote

135K-140K plus 20% bonus



My local client is looking for a Sr. IT Service Manager to join their talented team. This role will engineer, manage, improve and deploy IT Service Management processes following the ITIL framework. You will be an ambassador for the service, working across IT to provide effective communication on production environment matters and build relationships with other teams to ensure effective dialogue between departments

Education and Qualifications required:

• Bachelors degree in Computer or Information Science-related field.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• ITILv4 Foundations certification, intermediate or expert preferred.
• 5 plus year managing an environment using ServiceNow.

Skill and Experience required:

• Experience in managing and directing a team of desktop specialist.
• Experience working in ServiceNow tool.
• Delivers systematic corrective solutions to reduce errors and improve the quality of the IT systems and services for our users/clients, by examination of the root causes of problems.
• Thorough understanding of ITIL principles and planning.
• Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
