• Real Estate Investing Experience: Experience in investing in real estate, such as rental properties or fix-and-flip projects, is a distinct advantage.
• Real Estate License: Either currently active or in the process of obtaining.

Earnings Potential 

Our dedicated training, systems, processes, and lead sourcing can facilitate a realtor to surpass $100,000 in commission annually. The compensation structure is 100% commission based.
