Job Description:


Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Auditor to join our team. The Quality Auditor will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining quality control standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Audit and Inspection: Conduct regular audits and inspections of products, processes, and procedures to identify discrepancies and non-compliance with established quality standards.
  2. Documentation Review: Examine documentation and records to ensure accuracy and completeness, and that they align with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  3. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to quality control and performance metrics. Identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, observations, and recommendations for improvement. Share findings with relevant teams and management.
  5. Compliance Monitoring: Stay current with industry regulations, standards, and best practices, and ensure that the organization is in compliance with them.
  6. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and determine the root causes of quality issues and non-conformances, and work with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and quality enhancement initiatives.
  8. Training and Education: Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  9. Risk Assessment: Assess potential quality risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Science) or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in a quality auditing role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, FDA, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using audit and quality management tools and software.
  • Certification as a Quality Auditor (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Auditor) is a plus.
