You'll have the chance to:


  • Utilize your analytical skills to gather and assess data, pinpointing areas for process improvement.
  • Engage with customers to discuss business improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct on-site visits to evaluate existing processes.
  • Interview staff and management to ascertain goals, KPIs, and improvement prospects.
  • Develop strategies to enhance business performance through workflow and process design.
  • Craft and present proposals for process improvements.
  • Supervise the implementation of revised processes and workflows.
  • Test and monitor automated workflows and advanced analytic reporting.
  • Keep abreast of the latest business methodologies and technologies.
  • Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Offer valuable market insights regarding customer trends, market developments, and competitor activities.


What you'll contribute to the team:


  • A bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in workflow and process discovery tools such as Nintex Promapp, UIPath Task Capture, UIPath Processing Mining, Lucid Chart, and Microsoft Power Automate & Visio.
  • A track record of successful projects delivering measurable workflow enhancements.
  • A deep understanding of integrated business functions, workflows, and processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and interviewing capabilities.
  • Experience in team and project management.
