What You'll Do:

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll work in close collaboration with our development team to effectively communicate the impact of issues and grasp business requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing and adhering to quality assurance practices and testing standards for both new development and enhancements.
• Designing and executing comprehensive test plans and scripts to evaluate application quality.
• Providing clear and concise cross-functional communication regarding test progress, results, and the quality of application changes.
• Assisting in setting up and managing testing environments to prepare for test execution.
• Leveraging creativity and initiative to enhance product test coverage and overall effectiveness.
• Employing web technologies, services, and physical devices to automate testing processes and deliver robust test suites.

What You Bring:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a Software Quality Assurance role.
• A college degree in business or IT is preferred, but we also consider a combination of education and relevant experience.
• Programming experience with Java or familiarity with open-source languages is a significant plus.
• Basic knowledge of database concepts and proficiency in SQL for data testing.
