Job Title: Senior IT Data Analyst

Location: Cleveland, OH, United States


*Note: This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa. The role offers a hybrid work model, with three days in the office and two days remote per week.* 


Responsibilities:


Architecting Data Transformation:

  • Serve as a linchpin in the Enterprise Data Organization's voyage towards business transformation, spearheading the integration of Oracle Cloud ERP and complementary systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the Data Governance ERP Cloud Manager, ensuring seamless alignment across all pillars of the Enterprise Data Organization (EDO).
  • Partner with Business, Digital Transformation (DT) teams, and strategic allies to discern critical software data requisites, fostering a robust data framework pivotal for successful implementations.
  • Lead the harmonization of key data elements across various domains like Products, Raw Material, Supplier, Customer, and Site, bolstering the Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Product Manufacturing and Inventory (PMI) tracks in tandem with Finance Transformation mandates.
  • Forge a symbiotic relationship between process decisions and data management, orchestrating a harmonious blend of global, regional, and local perspectives.


Strategic Direction & Framework Development:

  • Provide strategic counsel to DT data platform teams, ensuring that data lake designs and platforms align with business transformation objectives and governance standards.
  • Craft a comprehensive data framework, facilitating seamless integration of future mergers and acquisitions (M&A), while enhancing the quality and expediting the integration process.
  • Document standards for data scope and historical data handling, facilitating the decommissioning of legacy systems in alignment with enterprise retention policies.
  • Collaborate with Security, Regulatory, and Legal teams to fortify Oracle ERP Cloud and bolt-on system implementations against global data privacy regulations.


Qualifications:


Formal Education:

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree, Six Sigma, Lean training.


Knowledge and Experience:


Required:

  •   5+ years of business or IT experience.
  •   Comprehensive knowledge of facilitation and organizational change management.
  •   Extensive experience driving data transformation initiatives.
  •   Proficiency in communicating complex technical subjects to diverse audiences.
  •   Independent, curious, and adept at developing understanding of new domains and data sources.
  •   Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred:

  •   Experience with data technologies and Agile methodologies.
  •   Proven track record of supporting cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.


Technical/Skill Requirements:

  • Holds an in-depth understanding of business processes and demonstrates flexibility in balancing complex requirements.
  • Manages change acceptance and fosters synergistic relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Participates in system upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts of business applications, ensuring standardized and shared solutions across the company.
