Are you a Windows Guru? Do you know everything there is to know about Windows, probably more than Bill Gates himself? If so, this is the position for you!

Qualifications of the Windows 10 Platform Owner:

·        10 years of Windows experience

·        Experience with managing workstations with imaging platform

·        Comfortable managing templates and applying/managing settings via group policies. 

·        Comfortable with using the registry.

·        You must have excellent troubleshooting skills. 

·        Microsoft Windows certifications are ideal and highly desired for this position.

Technical Requirements:

·        Securing the operating system a big plus; such as Defender support (Defender ATP/Defender for Endpoint) 

·        ATP/End Point Protection (Big Plus):

o   MS Defender

o   MS Defender Azure Services

o   Symantec AV

o   Crowdstrike

o   ForcePoint

o   Qualys

o   RSA endpoint 

Responsibilities of the Windows 10 Platform Owner:

Windows 10 platform owner responsible for the following (min 6-7 years with Windows 10):     

o   Windows 10 performance management, monitoring and tuning

o   Windows 10 Build Automation, PXE build process

o   Windows 10 Security and Hardening

o   Windows 10 Configuration Management and Drift Prevention

o   Windows 10 GPOs

o   Windows 10 User Experience

o   Windows 10 roadmap and planning

·        Applications and OS Troubleshooting on Windows 10

·        Security Applications and Agents and their Interactions

·        Application Interactions

·        Write Filter Configuration and Management

Platforms: PC, Laptops, Vmware VDI, Wyse Enterprise IoT, Azure VDI

Windows 10 Powershell and Scripting SCCM Co-management, Intune, Autopilot, Desktop Analytics, Microsoft Store

Windows 10 MFA, RSA and MS Authenticator

Other Skills:

SCCM knowledge

Application Packaging

Training and Certifications:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field

10 years IT work experience, minimum 6 years with Windows 10 

Microsoft Certification are a Big Plus.
