As a CNC Mill Machinist, you will play a crucial role in the precision manufacturing process, utilizing your extensive experience and CNC programming/editing skills to produce high-quality products. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize your extensive experience, with a preference for 20+ years of CNC Mill Machining knowledge, to program, set up, and operate CNC mills to manufacture various components with exceptional precision.
- Independently handle machining tasks, demonstrating a self-starter mentality and the confidence to work without constant supervision or hand-holding.
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to perform setups and adjustments, ensuring the flawless execution of machining processes.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize production processes and maintain the highest quality standards.
- CNC lathe experience is considered a valuable plus and will be recognized as an additional skill set.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in CNC Mill Machining is preferred, with a strong emphasis on CNC programming/editing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, efficiently, and with a focus on precision.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Possess an analytical mindset and is capable of performing setups and troubleshooting with minimal support.
- Individuals with a group leader mentality and potential for leadership roles will be highly regarded.
- CNC lathe experience is an advantageous skill set.

Compensation:
The CNC Mill Machinist position offers a competitive pay range of $28.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on the candidate's extensive experience and proficiency in CNC machining.
