POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an Associate Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for one or more sub products from the main product. You will be accountable for leading journey/product-aligned initiatives and serves as point person for tactics and experience flows across channels. You will develop, recommend and support the customer interaction strategy and you will drive performance, define metrics and monitor success to achieve optimal digital consumers experiences across all lines of business. You will work 100% remote.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an Associate Technical Product Manager, you will:

  • Support product/journey owners and key stakeholders in creating a customer-centric organization to understand customers’ situations, perceptions, expectations, and experiences.
  • Be responsible for a given end-to-end user experience(s) (Product/journey or Product/sub-journey) to enrich partnership between business, operations, and technology across multiple digital products.
  • Ensure cross-product/journey collaboration and communication, always advocating on behalf of the holistic stakeholder experience.
  • Be responsible for overseeing, initiating, and researching how to solve critical customer pain points and creating strategic recommendations to drive future initiatives.
  • Help prioritize underperforming products/journeys and helps establish future customer-focused strategies and digital product roadmaps.
  • Establish the “Voice of the Customer” (tracking, monitoring, listening) for satisfaction and stakeholder feedback loops aligned with respective business stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for developing and implementing the most appropriate course of action to meet customer needs across digital channels.
  • Align cross-functional teams and collaborates to identify journeys that matter based on customer goals and business outcomes.

MUST-HAVE SKILLSETS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing related fields or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience in Product / Journey Mapping, Research.



BONUS POINT IF YOU HAVE:

  • DOMAIN experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Insurance / Claims, EHR, Clinical Systems Management, Utilization Management systems.



SALARY:

  • $110,000 - $130,000
