$18/hr

 

Functions of the Customer Service Representative

  • The position is assisting in processing orders from suppliers in our supply chain.
  • Entering orders and communicating with customers
  • The candidate will interact with customers; give information in response to inquiries about accounts, products, and services.
  • Will communicate with customers through Outlook email and take their manual product orders and quantities through an Excel spreadsheet.  
  • Excellent computer skills and communication skills are a must.
  • Takes care of and settles customer complaints, special orders, or returns in-store or via phone or mail.
  • Answers customers' questions regarding product or service and operation or maintenance.
  • Receives and processes orders provide information concerning pricing, changes in service, discontinuance, and shipping.
  • To be successful the candidate needs to understand warehouse distribution and supply chain management.
