Powder Coater

Pay range: $16 - $19 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 1st shift

We are currently seeking a talented Powder Coater to join our dynamic team. As a leading manufacturing company in the industry, we take immense pride in our commitment to excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Operate powder coating equipment and machinery to apply coatings to various products, ensuring a flawless finish and uniform coverage.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the coating process, maintaining high standards of excellence.
• Utilize your mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve any equipment issues that may arise.
• Employ basic math skills to measure and mix powder coatings accurately, adhering to precise specifications.
• Safely operate a forklift to move and transport materials within the production area.
• Demonstrate physical strength and agility, as you may occasionally need to lift and handle 55lb bags.
• Exhibit exceptional dependability and reliability to meet production deadlines consistently.

Qualifications:

• Proven mechanical aptitude with a keen ability to understand and operate complex machinery.
• Basic math skills to ensure accurate measurements and mixing of powder coatings.
• Previous forklift experience is required for this position.
• Physical ability to lift and handle heavy objects, including 55lb bags, as needed.
• A track record of being dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to producing flawless results
