Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and organized operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include managing a team, ensuring inventory accuracy, and collaborating with various departments to meet our production and distribution goals.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory records through regular cycle counting and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with the transportation department to manage inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Train and onboard new warehouse staff.
• Manage and update inventory records using Oracle and SAP software.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as production and logistics, to meet operational goals.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance.
• Implement and maintain best practices for inventory control and warehouse management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree or related certifications are a plus).
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Familiarity with Oracle and SAP software for inventory management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
• Team-oriented with the ability to motivate and mentor warehouse staff.
