Title: Senior Software Developer / Front End Frameworks

Location: Cleveland, OH

Type: Full-time

Note: Must be a US Citizen to be considered due ITAR/DFAR. No relocation allowance available.

Required Skills of the Senior Software Developer

  • Must be a US Citizen to be considered due ITAR/DFAR. Cleveland, OH local candidate only. No relocation allowance available
  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline or 5 years professional experience required
  • A knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Vue.JS, Angular or Flutter (or other native app development tools) ASP.NET, MVC, C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (object-oriented and functional)
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles for building scalable applications
  • Experience designing database schemas that represent and support business processes
  • Some SQL knowledge a plus

General Responsibilities of the Software Developer

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine application purpose, functionality, requirements, and long-term strategy
  • Development and support an array of applications
  • Provide support, maintenance, and improvements to existing applications including content, design, and information architecture
  • Assist with the creation and execution of improved user experiences
  • Work with outside vendors and consultants to help produce additional projects
  • Communicate solutions both orally and in writing to team members and internal clients

Purpose of Role

  • Assist in the development of new applications, tools and solutions that are functional, intuitive, and informative
  • Design, develop, and deploy solutions for both internal and external customers including webpages, web applications, email, and other communication needs
  • Identify and recommend new technology, best practices, trends, strategies and tactics to position and support our customers as industry leaders
