We are currently assisting a top employer recruit for a highly motivated and bi-lingual Recruiter that is fluent in French, as you will be working with the Montreal and Quebec district.

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting and will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and to identify the best candidates for open positions.

This position can be 100% remote.



JOB SUMMARY:

Recruitment Cycle Support:

  • Partner with Recruitment Specialists to execute sourcing strategies and select the best talent in the market while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Assistance with the management of the requisition process.
  • Conduct phone screens, as needed.
  • Development of an understanding of the recruitment life cycle, assigned positions, business needs, and other candidate and market experiences.
  • Partner with the Recruitment Specialists to maintain regular meetings with key stakeholders, providing recruitment data, successes, and challenges.


Pipeline Sourcing:

  • Execute passive sourcing through Indeed, Handshake, and other channels.
  • Identify, engage, and advise talent with a focus on creating a great experience for each candidate
  • Convert prospective candidates to applicants
  • Actively promote the Sherwin-Williams brand



REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in a variety of industries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies
