Our client is looking for Senior Full Stack Java/J2EE Web Developer to help modernize develop complex web applications. If you enjoy a blend of Development, Architecture, and R&D we have the opportunity for you.
This role is not padded with layers of processes and corporate structure. Our Java/J2EE Web Developer are proactive, hard-working, flexible, creative, and take personal responsibility for the projects to which they are assigned.
Are You The Right Fit?
- BS Degree Computer Science
- 5+ years of IT experience.
- 5+ years’ experience working on all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Experience working with customers to build and formulate business requirements.
- Web Application Development experience in Java/J2EE environment including JPA,
- MVC frameworks, CSS, JSON/XML Technologies, Spring, Hibernate and HTML.
- Experience in an Enterprise Database Management System, preferably Oracle.
- Experience with PL/SQL.
Nice to have but not required: using Spring Boot, Spring Rest services, Angular/React JS, Business Objects/ APEX reporting tool, Message queues, Source Control environments such as SVN or GIT, configuring application servers such as JBoss and Tomcat.
Experience with Unix/Linux OS and shell scripting.
Experience using Docker/Kubernetes is considered a plus.
Experience creating automated build scripts (Ant/Gradle).
Experience with JVM languages such as Groovy is considered a plus.
