Job Title: Senior Tax Principal (CPA)

Position Overview:

As a Senior Tax Principal, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our Tax Practice. This position demands a highly motivated individual with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding client service. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading a team of professionals, and providing expert tax planning advice to high net worth individuals and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on tax matters
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff members
• Conduct tax planning for high net worth clients, including individuals, corporations, partnerships, and fiduciaries
• Review and analyze various tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Stay abreast of new tax legislation and present findings to the department
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Represent the firm at networking events and identify opportunities for new business growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• 10+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on taxation
• Proven track record of delivering results and meeting deadlines
• Proficiency in accounting and tax software
• Exceptional client service mindset with strong communication skills
• Demonstrated professionalism and integrity
