Job Title: Senior IT Data Analyst

Location: Cleveland, OH

Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid (On-site/Remote)


Responsibilities:


Strategy & Planning:

  • Collaborate on large projects with multiple assigned capabilities, leading and working within the team and various business divisions.
  • Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and partners, identifying challenges and opportunities for improvement and providing recommendations.
  • Establish project metrics and KPIs, driving change and progress.


Acquisition & Deployment:

  • Gather, document, and analyze functional business requirements, providing recommendations and support for capability-related work.
  • Lead the defining, building, and validation of acceptance criteria and test cases.
  • Participate in Agile methodologies and share best practices with the program.


Operational Management:

  • Lead internal team process improvement initiatives, ensuring cooperation with peer functional areas.
  • Document work including System Flows, Data Flows, and Process Flows.
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members on complex activities and simultaneous work efforts.


Incidental Functions:

  • Assist with Quality Assurance activities, collaborating on test scripts and performing manual testing.
  • Train and mentor program members on the Analyst role and participate in hiring activities.


Qualifications:


Formal Education & Certification: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.


Knowledge & Experience:

  • 5+ years of IT experience, with 3 years in Business, Data, or Technology Analyst roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL, P-SQL, or ANSI SQL, and advanced knowledge of SDLC.
  • Experience with Agile, Jira, ETL, data warehousing, and database constructs.
  • Detailed understanding of data flows across internal systems and experience translating business requirements into IT action plans.

Note: This position does not offer sponsorship for work authorization or H1-B visa conversion. It allows for a hybrid work model, with three days in-office and two days remote.
