Role: Senior IT Data Analyst

Location: Cleveland, OH, United States

Schedule: Hybrid



Responsibilities:

  • Support the Enterprise Data Organization’s business strategy, particularly related to platform and technologies, to guide the business transformation program, focusing on the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP and bolt-on systems.
  • Collaborate with the Data Governance ERP Cloud Manager to ensure alignment across all EDO pillars.
  • Partner with Business, DT (Digital Transformation), and strategic partners during global design to identify critical data requirements and ensure the implementation plan supports them effectively.
  • Lead the alignment of key data elements for various domains like Products, Raw Material, Supplier, Customer, and Site data, supporting O2C (Order to Cash) and PMI (Procure to Pay, Make to Inventory) tracks in sync with Finance Transformation data needs.
  • Work closely with GBPOs (Global Business Process Owners) and process leads to synchronize process decisions with data decisions and management at global, regional, and local levels.
  • Provide guidance and prioritization for DT data management efforts to support Oracle Cloud ERP and bolt-on systems implementation.
  • Establish a data framework to facilitate future M&A integrations, enhancing the quality of key data elements and expediting integration speed.
  • Offer strategic direction to the DT data platform team to ensure that data lakes and platforms consider business transformation analytical requirements alongside data management functions and governance.
  • Document standards on data scope and handling of historical data to support legacy system decommissioning as part of the implementation, aligned with the overall enterprise retention policy.
  • Collaborate with Security, Regulatory, and Legal teams to ensure Oracle ERP Cloud and bolt-on system implementations meet Global Data Privacy requirements.


Qualifications:


Required: Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) or 12+ years of experience in Information Technology or Business field.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Six Sigma, Lean training


Knowledge and Experience:


Required:

  • 5+ years of business or IT experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with large implementations and business systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of facilitation and organization change management.
  • In-depth experience driving data transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with business operations, processes, and key functions.
  • Experience communicating complex technical subjects to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Independent, curious, and eager to tackle a wide variety of problems.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in developing innovative data approaches.
  • Excellent project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience developing standardized outcome metrics and reporting methodologies.


Preferred:

  • Experience with data technologies and tools.
  • Experience in Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.


Technical/Skill Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of business processes.
  • Ability to work with diverse functions.
  • Ability to balance complex requirements and deadlines.
  • Managing acceptance of change brought about by business process improvements.
  • Participation in system upgrades and future enhancements.

Note: This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa. This position works from the office three days a week and has the option to work remotely two days a week.
