CNC Mill Machinist

Pay range: $28 - $32 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your extensive CNC Mill Machinist experience to program and edit CNC machines with precision and efficiency.
• Exhibit your analytical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues, ensuring optimal production outcomes.
• Be a self-starter, confidently taking the initiative to work independently and contribute to the team's success.
• Demonstrate your expertise as you perform setups without the need for constant support or guidance.
• Embrace a group leader mentality, empowering and guiding your fellow team members to achieve exceptional results.
• Utilize your CNC lathe experience to broaden your impact and contribute to various machining operations.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 20 years of CNC Mill Machinist experience is preferred, showcasing your vast expertise in the field.
• Proficient in CNC programming and editing, with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
• An independent worker who thrives in taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to successful completion.
• A confident and self-assured individual, capable of handling challenges with composure and determination.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills, ensuring smooth operations even in complex machining scenarios.
• Ability to perform setups autonomously, showcasing your advanced technical knowledge and skills.
• Previous CNC lathe experience is a plus, expanding your versatility and contributions to the team.
• A reputation for dependability and reliability, consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.
