Position Overview:

As a recruiter, you will be responsible for the development and growth of a client base through strategic sales activity. This includes developing relationships with key client hiring managers, negotiating business terms, and securing partnerships that are mutually beneficial to both the Emerald Resource Group and our customers. You will be responsible for presenting our services to both new and existing clients ranging from mid-sized organizations to Fortune 500 and other start-up Ohio based companies. We expect our Recruiting professionals to effectively penetrate and develop existing clients while continually targeting and cultivating prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have inside sales experience.

Job Responsibilities for our Recruiter:

• Research, market and effectively present our staffing services to new and existing clients
• Penetrate new business with key staffing client managers and senior HR executives
• Generate new business through telephone calls and participation in networking organizations/events
• Successfully expand existing client base
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of the existing and prospective business
• Secure qualified opportunities from existing and new clients

Minimum Requirements for our Recruiter:

• Strong attitude, aptitude, passion, and experience in sales
• 3+ years in an Staffing role within contract and or contract to hire staffing services
• Strong account penetration/business presentation/effective sales and marketing background
• Proven sales track record in Recruiting and VMS (vendor management system)
• Ability to develop and grow national and/or mid-market accounts
• Competitive, energetic, and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Salary:

• $32,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
