Sales Support Specialist

Pay range: $19.58 - $20.98

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Are you ready to elevate your career in a dynamic sales support role? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Renewal Sales Support associate. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to revenue generation through maintenance and subscription renewals, while collaborating with a talented Renewal Sales team. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, data entry, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong work ethic and adept at managing a high volume of tasks.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a collaborative team setting.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced inside sales/customer service environment.
  • Organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in tracking information.
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain enthusiasm.
  • Exposure to CRM systems and prior customer service experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong mathematical skills with a focus on accounting or financial math.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating closely with the Renewal Sales team to achieve and exceed annual quotas.
  • Prioritizing and managing renewal activities to optimize quarterly renewal revenue.
  • Providing prompt responses to customer emails regarding service renewals.
  • Creating compelling customer proposals and supplying relevant documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer equipment lists.
  • Coordinating tasks related to customer changes and renewals for successful completion.
  • Utilizing Salesforce to document, report, and forecast renewal opportunities.
  • Working harmoniously with your sales team and contributing necessary documents.
  • Building and nurturing positive relationships with business partners.
  • Assisting in the execution of targeted campaigns for existing customers.
  • Contributing to other sales and marketing tasks as required.
