Job Title: Office Admin Support

Pay rate: $20.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual for the role of Office Admin Support at our Kankakee location. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for various tasks, including data entry, filing, and utilizing Microsoft Office Suites. The work hours are Monday through Friday, with a flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM. This is an 8.5-hour shift with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and filing tasks efficiently.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suites for various administrative functions.
  • Assist management by tracking and compiling relevant information.
  • Prepare detailed reports on administrative activities.
  • Read and respond to correspondence.
  • Handle potentially confidential information with discretion.


Mandatory Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.


Desired Skills:

  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to safety and maintenance processes.


Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to handle potentially confidential information responsibly.
