ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Software QA Engineer, you will:

• Work with Developers and Business Analysts to deliver high quality software releases.
• Create robust test plans going beyond the normal scope.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability over project quality and test execution.
• Create and maintain automated tests (Cypress, Selenium, etc…)
• Participate in improving the overall Quality Assurance process.
• Releasing tested code into production using existing DevOps processes
• Responsible for creating, maintaining test automation suite using C#, Selenium, NUnit, Appium
• Digest MVC Controllers to author API calls within test automation to seed data, perform validation.
• Design and execute manual, automated testing of cross-platform systems including web and desktop apps to ensure smooth delivery of quality product to client body

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 2+ years in a Software Quality Assurance role or similar experience
• Experience in front-end test automation
• Experience in API testing
• High attention to detail and ability to work in dynamic, fast paced environment.
• Experience with being responsible for testing the work of multiple developers.
• Experience with Cypress front-end testing framework
• Experience with manual and automated API testing using Postman.
• Familiarity with Git (we use Azure DevOps!)
• Familiarity with RESTful Services/APIs
• Experience testing mobile applications.
