Harrison Gray Search has partnered with a stable insurance brokerage that is looking for a Private Client Claims Consultant in East Providence, RI. This client has been around for almost 150 years, is owned by a Trust, and has the reputation of being one of the Best Places to Work in its respective territories.

Seeking a dedicated claims advocate for our Private Client Group, providing exceptional customer service throughout the claims process. Responsibilities include updating sales associates and clients, documenting all claim activities, and ensuring client needs are met. This position offers hybrid scheduling flexibility.

Duties will include:

• Supporting private clients with reporting new losses
• Tracking and updating clients and sales associates on claim status
• Collaborating with independent claims adjusters for optimal service
• Handling disputes for non-covered claims with carriers
• Assisting the Private Client team with claims administration and backing up the Select/Main Street Claims Consultant

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with insurance coverage and terminology desired.
• Strong multitasking in dynamic environments.
• Collaborative team player with effective time management.
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in Insurance Claims, emphasizing premium client service and brand representation.
