What are they looking for in a great candidate?
· A person who has superior written and oral communication skills and who communicates well with others.
· A candidate who has commercial lines experience in an independent agency environment is essential. Having supervisory or leadership experience is also really important.
· Someone who has knowledge of agency workflows, markets, and technology.
· A leader who can jump in and help when needed.
· A professional who can thrive in a fast paced environment, and can provide creative solutions to challenges.
· Someone who holds an active 2-20 Florida Insurance License.
Job Responsibilities:
· Lead and motivate the Commercial Lines team on a day-to day basis.
· Assist in the implementation of procedures, workflows, and other administrative rules.
· Work with Sales Agents and handle a small commercial lines book of business.
· Communicate and interface regularly with Agency Management and Ownership.
