Who You Are:
A strong Commercial Lines Account Executive with a passion for providing customer-centric care. An outward-facing individual who excels in Retention. Someone who is adaptable and is a Trusted Advisor for clients. Someone with a minimum of 5 or more years of insurance experience with one or more designations and a commitment to superior customer service.
Job Summary:
This individual will be responsible for the retention of an existing book of Franchise Program clients. While there are always opportunities for new business as well as cross-sell/upsell opportunities, the primary focus of this role is the retention of the existing book of commercial accounts. It is critical for this individual to provide service and general stewardship to new and existing clients. This individual will be the face of S&S and will provide direct service to all accounts.
Relationship building is crucial in this business sector and the wide variety of clients it contains. The right individual will be able to connect with all levels of franchisees, from small to large. Participation in client meetings and various conferences is expected.
This role works under little supervision and has the autonomy and discretion to successfully meet job duties.
