Harrison Gray is looking for a Mechanical Engineering Supervisor to lead a team at one of the world’s leading designers and builders of extrusion blow molding machines in the greater Lansing area,

This role will consist of supervising and coordinating the design of extrusion blow molding machines by current and future customer specifications along with reviewing existing designs for potential improvements and cost savings.

Responsibilities:

• Lead mechanical design team in creating custom extrusion blow molding machines.
• Improve existing designs and develop new parts and assemblies.
• Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality and timelines.
• Coordinate with production for optimized manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of experience in mechanical design and project management.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, PDM, Mathcad, and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish or German) preferred.
