Harrison Gray Search has partnered with a strong insurance group seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager. Our client is seeking people in MN or WII. In this role, you'll work closely with a team of agents to provide excellent customer service and support to both individual and group clients.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of commercial insurance experience

- Knowledge of insurance products, rating, and underwriting procedures

- Proficient in quoting processes and tools

- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

- Proficient in computer use for documentation and information access

- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and accurately

- Attention to detail


Licensing:

- Valid Wisconsin / Minnesota driver's license with a clean driving record

- Current or attainable Property & Casualty Resident Intermediary license in Wisconsin or Minnesota


Responsibilities:

- Prepare and market new/renewal business to appropriate carriers

- Handle day-to-day client inquiries and service issues

- Provide coverage recommendations and gather necessary client information

- Maintain accurate records in the agency management system

- Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and carriers to resolve issues

- Quote, analyze, and recommend coverage options

- Manage renewal timelines and assist with client presentations

- Review client contracts and policies for accuracy

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication

- Stay informed on industry trends and changes
