The Operations Manager will establish and manage service infrastructure for Package Programs at our client, enhancing workflows, SOPs, and automation to improve customer and underwriting experiences, while leading policy transaction teams and liaising with customer-facing services.

Role: Operations Manager

The Operations Manager, reporting to the VP of Package Programs, will be a key leader in the Package Program team, handling underwriting for small to middle market businesses across various coverages. In startup mode, the role involves establishing and managing service infrastructure, workflows, and operating procedures. Once established, the focus will shift to managing policy transactions, improving automation, data quality, and customer experiences, and acting as a liaison between underwriting and customer services.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in multi-line commercial insurance
• 5+ years in management
• Strong customer service orientation
• Expertise in policy support and underwriting processes
• Experience with offshore services
• IT project management skills
• Problem-solving attitude

This role is 5 days in office in the Dallas / Ft. Worth Metroplex.
