Job Title: Surety/Bonds Account Manager

Position Summary: The Surety/Bonds Account Manager supports Account Executives in managing client accounts and providing exceptional service. Responsibilities include assisting with client inquiries, processing policy changes, preparing quotes, and maintaining accurate client records. The role requires close collaboration with Account Executives, Producers, and other internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process policy changes, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and renewals.

- Handle new mail and policy checking.

- Invoice, follow up on payments, and generate premium finance quotes.

- Maintain accurate client records in AMS360 & ImageRight.

- Support Account Executives in new business submissions and renewals.

- Generate online rating quotes and assist in proposal preparation.

- Provide proof of insurance, including auto ID cards and certificates of insurance.

- Serve as backup contact for client inquiries, offering prompt and courteous assistance.

- Foster positive relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.

- Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional insurance products.

- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client-facing documents.

- Perform other duties to support Account Executives and ensure client satisfaction.

Desired Education, Skills, and Experience:

- FL 2-20 license preferred (or willingness to obtain).

- Experience with AMS360 and ImageRight preferred.

- Experience with Surety Bonds a major plus.

- 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry, with exposure to commercial lines.

- Knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and industry regulations.

- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with insurance agency management systems (AMS).

- Ability to work as part of a team.
