Overview: Under general supervision, performs various tasks related to records maintenance, mailroom, and facilities. Some tasks may require physical or manual labor.
Job Duties
Sorts and distributes mail
Processes outgoing mail using the DM100 and operates folder / inserter machine
Maintains records
Barcode files and boxes for storage vendor (GRM)
Assists in any clerical duties as needed
Maintains all facilities and furnishing to ensure that they are organized, clean and presentable; keeps company equipment clean and in working condition
Performs special projects, tasks & mailings
Upholds performance standards
Performs all job duties in accordance with deadlines established by management
Performs all job duties in accordance with departmental standards for accuracy, quality and productivity
Prerequisites for the Job
Minimum 2 years previous experience in Office Services / Mail Room
Proficiency in oral and written English language communication
Willingness to work cooperatively with others
Detail-oriented is a must
Able to manage multiple tasks and projects under time constraints
Previous experience using email, Internet, Windows and Microsoft Office and other applicable computer systems
Good driving record and personal auto insurance required
Well organized
High school diploma or GED
