Job Summary: Overhaul Coordinator

The Overhaul Coordinator is responsible for managing material procurement for Overhaul & Stock Keeping Package sales orders to ensure timely delivery. This role acts as the central point of contact between Spare Parts Solutions, Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement, and Production Planning.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Material Procurement: Manage procurement activities to fulfill Overhaul & Stock Keeping Package sales orders on time.
  • Demand Management: Address and resolve late demands, expedite orders to meet customer schedules, and communicate delays to Spare Parts Solutions.
  • Internal Coordination: Conduct meetings to update stakeholders on order progress and challenges related to Overhaul & Stock Keeping Package orders.
  • Order Fulfillment: Monitor and ensure timely picking of orders. Manage parts that do not meet initial customer-requested delivery dates.
  • Performance Goals: Maintain a minimum 70% On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) rate for order deliveries.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Material Planner/Scheduler role in an engineer/make-to-order environment.
  • Education: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management/Operations is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and MS Office; familiarity with project management tools is advantageous.
  • Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong organizational and analytical skills.


Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is beneficial.
  • Certifications: APICS certification or similar credentials are a plus.
  • International Experience: Exposure to working in a large organization or international environment is advantageous.
