Harrison Gray Search has partnered with an insurance broker seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager. This company has been around for nearly 100 years and is dedicated to its clients and employees.

Responsibilities:

• Work independently, and provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer service to both internal and external clients
• Understand key coverages and risk techniques
• Market new and renewal business
• Maintain contact and collaborate with internal staff
• Review current coverages and/or contractual requirements and provide guidance on appropriate changes; coordinate/provide claims reviews; inform/educate clients on exclusions and exposures, and perform contract reviews and advise clients on insurance needs
• Responsible for relationship building with the client and the appropriate client team members
• Review and update applications, and general information (attachments, activities, follow-up) in the agency management system
• Process, delegate, and/or oversee audits, endorsements, certificates, proposals, policy checking, and all other policy service and maintenance
• Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Maintain PA Property & Casualty Insurance license and all required CE

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3 – 5 years of Commercial lines insurance experience.
• Licensed in PennsylvaniaProperty/Casualty.
• Previous Applied EPIC experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate, and resolve conflict
• Ability to delegate duties, and follow up as appropriate
• Time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, carriers, and peers
• Ability to negotiate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
