Our client is looking for a CAD Designer to join their team in Gainesville, GA.

In this role, you will:

·     Create optimizing designs and drawing support in thermoplastic for: Quote, Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Logistics 

·     Develop and implement design processes in alignment with company standards

·     Produce technical drawings to ensure top-quality designs for various clients

·     Support the implementation of Dynamics 365 for the Design Studio

·     Collaborate closely with production teams to address and resolve drawing-related Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)

·     Drive successful operations of the drawing department

·     Serve as a super user for AutoCAD and Dynamics 365

To succeed in this role, you have:

·      Relevant Degree in Technical Drawings i.e. AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks

·      Minimum of 3 years’ experience with CAD drawing in manufacturing

·      Hands-on experience with Water Jet CNC operations

·      Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes

·      Ability to work successfully in both a team environment and independently to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

·      Proficient in English, both written and verbal. Bi-lingual is a plus

·      Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and efficiency

·      Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders 

·      Experience working in local and global support teams

·      Familiarity with ERP systems, Dynamics 365 experience is a plus
