Manager – Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the CGO, the Manager – Civil Engineering will be responsible for the following:

·        Oversee the design, logistics, and construction or repair of civil infrastructure projects.

·        Lead and manage the civil engineering team including senior and junior level civil engineers and civil construction technicians.

·        Lead and manage the tailings basin maintenance team.

·        Ensure policies, procedures, and practices are observed.

·        Responsible for a safe work environment for the team and closely coordinate with the Safety Manager.

·        Manage the operation and maintenance of internal roads, utilities, stormwater systems, and other related infrastructure.

Skills and Qualifications:

·        10+ years in technical and managerial aspects of civil infrastructure projects.

·        Ability to manage people and teams to achieve goals and objectives.



Education:

·        Degree in engineering, or equivalent.

·        MN Licensed Professional Engineer preferred
