Job Description:

As a Roofing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of our roofing projects while actively contributing to the growth and success of our company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in ordering supplies for roofing projects.
• Picking up materials for roofing projects as needed.
• Obtaining new business for the roofing company through effective sales strategies.
• Working closely with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Participating in sales meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop strategies for business growth.
• Actively pursuing leads and closing sales to meet revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in roofing or construction industry preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bi-lingual candidates preferred but not required.
• We are looking for candidates willing to train and do things the company way
