Position Overview: We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Elementary Teachers to join our client's team for the current school year and beyond. Our charter school system welcomes both certified and non-certified teachers who are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of young learners.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to ensure academic growth
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and administrators regarding student progress and classroom activities
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Certified teacher in the state of Ohio OR willingness to take necessary steps to become certified
• Passion for working with elementary-aged students and helping them reach their full potential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth
