Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) on the night shift at our healthcare facility, you will have the opportunity to work in various specialties, including Telemetry, Med/Surg with Tele, Medical/Surgical, and Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Our client is dedicated to providing comprehensive training for RNs to work across different units, making this an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced nurses.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, medication administration, and patient education, in accordance with established protocols and standards of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Monitor and assess patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Previous experience in Telemetry, Med/Surg with Tele, Medical/Surgical, or ICU preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
