Job Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and dedicated Principal to lead our K-12 charter school. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for educational excellence and a proven track record in school administration. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our students, fostering a positive school culture, and driving academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the school’s academic and operational functions, ensuring a high standard of educational excellence.
• Curriculum Development: Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive K-12 curriculum that meets state standards and the unique needs of our students.
• Staff Development: Recruit, mentor, and support a high-caliber team of educators and staff. Promote ongoing professional development and collaborative practices.
• Student Achievement: Set high academic standards and implement strategies to ensure student achievement and growth.
• Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with parents, community leaders, and stakeholders. Act as the face of the school in the community, promoting its vision and values.
• Budget Management: Oversee the school’s budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support educational goals.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and charter regulations. Prepare and present reports to the school board and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership, preferably in a charter school setting.
• Licensure: Valid Ohio Principal License or equivalent.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to inspire and motivate others. Proficient in data analysis and educational technology.
• Personal Attributes: Passionate about education, innovative thinker, empathetic, and community-oriented.
