Overview: Due to growth, Pike Creek Physical Therapy is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist or Clinic Director for an Outpatient Orthopedics focused position in Pike Creek, DE. This is a Staff Level role or a Clinic Director role. New grads will be mentored and supported. Ideal candidate would like to grow into leadership and would like to own or manage a clinic one day.

The Physical Therapist will treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting. Our ideal candidate is interested in a career that emphasizes the highest quality patient care and excellence as a clinician.
Hours / Work Schedule: This is a full-time salaried position. The clinic hours are Monday through Friday. Hours are staggered, 2-3 evenings/week. No weekends or holidays.
Caseload/Patient Population: Variety of outpatient diagnoses, primarily orthopedics, seeing a mix of sports, geriatric and medicare population. Sample caseload includes Spine, directional base, fundamental bio mechanical and shoulder mechanics,

Job Requirements:
- Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
- Eligible for Delaware state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- No experience required - New grad PTs will be considered.
- Foreign-trained PTLAs are welcome to apply. Sponsorship for H1B Visa is available for the right candidate.
- CPR Certification is required.
