Overview:

Due to growth, Handling Physical Therapy is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics focused position in New Castle, DE. This is a Staff Level role. New grads will be mentored and supported. The well-established team at Handling Physical Therapy is passionate and friendly. This privately owned practice has a strong team-based culture. The Physical Therapist will treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting. Our ideal candidate is interested in a career that emphasizes the highest quality patient care and excellence as a clinician.

Hours / Work Schedule:

This is a full-time salaried position at 30 hours/week. The clinic is open Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays.

Caseload/Patient Population:

The patient population consists of all age ranges (8 - 80), mainly adults, and a variety of outpatient diagnoses, primarily orthopedics with some mullti-trauma ortho. Sample caseload includes Neck/Back pain, Post-operative Knee, Shoulder, TMJ, Headaches any head-to-toe pain.

Competitive Compensation & Benefits

Job Requirements:

• Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
• Eligible for Delaware state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Full-time availability is required (30 hours per week).
• No experience required - New grad PTs will be considered.
• CPR Certification is required.
