Overview:

Due to growth, Core Physical Therapy is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics focused position in Dover, DE. This is a Staff Level role. New grads will be mentored and supported. Ideal candidate are aligned with our core values. The well-established team at Core Physical Therapy (7 therapists) is passionate and friendly. This privately owned practice has a strong team-based culture with an emphasis on mentorship and training to facilitate personal and professional growth.

The Physical Therapist will treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting. Our ideal candidate is interested in a career that emphasizes the highest quality patient care and excellence as a clinician.

The clinic is a 10K sq ft office with 7 treatment rooms. 

Hours / Work Schedule:

This is a full-time salaried position. The clinic hours are Monday through Friday 7:30AM - 8:00PM. Hours are staggered, 2 evenings/week(1 evening until 6PM, the other until 8PM). No weekends or holidays. Schedule can also be flexible (Open to 3/12s, 4/10s)

Caseload/Patient Population:

The patient population is entirely orthopedic. 2 Therapists do concussion. And some therapists have sub specialities such as foot, ankle, video analysis, spinal care. 

1 hour for evals and 30 minutes for treatments. Absolutely NO DOUBLE BOOKING. 75% of the patient caseload is self-referred. People in the community know Core and want to come here to get better.

Job Requirements:

• Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
• Eligible for Delaware state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Full-time availability is required.
• No experience required - New grad PTs will be considered.
• Foreign-trained PTLAs are welcome to apply.
• Sponsorship for H1B Visa is available for the right candidate.
• CPR Certification is required.
