Our client, a global leader in tech-enabled IT Services and Solution Provision, is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Infrastructure Solutions Architect. This remote role is perfect for those who excel in architecting, designing, and implementing cloud and datacenter-based server, storage, network, and security product solutions.
Your Role:
As a key member of our Innovation Team, you'll work closely with the sales team, offering product sales demos, account management, and writing technical proposals. Your deep knowledge in Azure Product Portfolio, servers, storage, networking, and security will enable you to craft tailored solutions that meet our clients' complex business requirements. This role is not just about technical expertise; it’s about making technology accessible and beneficial to our customers.
What You Will Do:
- Architect technical solutions that align with customer business needs, focusing on cloud and datacenter technologies.
- Lead customer proof of concepts (POCs) and lab demonstrations, showcasing the strategic advantages of our solutions.
- Communicate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences, ensuring our solutions are clearly understood and valued.
- Support the sales team by providing technical leadership, training, and consultation to improve win rates and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on new products and technologies, quickly becoming a subject matter expert who can confidently deliver product and solution demonstrations.
What We Need From You:
- Technical Expertise: 5+ years in Azure Product Portfolio architecture, design, and implementation, and 5-10 years’ experience with servers, storage, networking, and security.
- Deep Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with key vendors such as HPE, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Microsoft Azure, and Cisco. A broad understanding of datacenter operations, including cloud, routing, SD-WAN, and security technologies.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to convey technical features and benefits in business terms, both verbally and in writing. Ability to communicate with prospective customers, write proposals, and lead technical discussions.
- Leadership and Initiative: Proven track record in leading projects, guiding peers, and being proactive in a fast-paced environment.
