Account Executive - Fast Growing SaaS Payroll Company

One or our clients is seeking an Account Executive that specializes in the Home Health industry, as well as the Skilled Nursing Industry. The ideal candidate will work remotely from a home office and sell the company's enterprise SaaS HCM suite of products to home health agencies, administrators, executives, and key stakeholders.


Home Health AE Responsibilities:


  • Drive revenue generation and exceed quota by prospecting, networking, presenting the company's value propositions, negotiating pricing, and closing sales within the Home Health industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Onboarding, and Customer Service to provide tailored solutions and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in their CRM, ensuring a predictable sales pipeline and forecast.
  • Conduct a high volume of weekly new prospect meetings within the Home Health sector. • Utilize industry-specific sales methodologies and frameworks to drive successful sales cycles. • Cultivate satisfied customers who can serve as positive references for future prospects.
  • Identify and leverage internal and external resources (sales support staff) to deepen product knowledge and enhance sales effectiveness.


Home Health AE Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in Field Sales, Sales Development, Lead Generation, Account Management, Inside Sales, or related field within the Home Health industry (HR or Payroll software experience is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth understanding of the Home Health industry and its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Proven track record of B2B sales success.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM software.
  • Strong presentation skills using web meeting technology and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to meet and exceed metrics-based sales plans.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to take ownership of client issues and go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
