One of our clients is searching for a Senior Specialist, SEM (Paid Search/Paid Social) to join their team. This person will be responsible for creating, launching, monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns across Search Partners, Google Display, & YouTube. Applicants must have 5+ years relevant industry experience in Paid Search across Google and Bing, with proven track record of exceeding KPIs.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Develop, Launch, Analyze campaigns across Search Partners, Google Display, & YouTube.
• Optimize campaign expenses, staying on budget while achieving optimal ROI
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in across owned accounts
• Analyze performance data and provide relevant insights and action plans around keywords, landing pages, ad copy, audiences, bidding algorithms, competition and more
• Design and execute account maintenance standards and ensure structural integrity via frequent audits of settings, audiences, etc.
• Act as a Paid Search expert, providing industry-related research, guidance, and insight into the media strategy, planning, launch and optimization process
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5+ years relevant industry experience in Paid Search across Google and Bing, with proven track record of exceeding KPIs
• Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and customer acquisition
• Experience with paid search analytics and research tools (e.g, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, SearchAds 360, keyword planner, SEMRush)
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies within Search
• Experience with website analytics tools and methodologies (e.g, Google Analytics)
• Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
• Working knowledge of HTML & CSS
