One of our clients is looking for a Head of Growth to join their team. The Head of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will sit in a central, shared service position that leads the marketing channel teams on each brand, inclusive of Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, Email, SMS, Loyalty. You will also own the conversion funnel, customer health and lifecycle mapping. You will collaborate closely with the GMs of the respective brands, as well as product, engineering, creative, merch and sales teams to achieve ambitious growth targets. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, analytical prowess, and hands-on execution.


Key Responsibilities:


● Strategic Planning:

○ Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

○ Identify and prioritize growth opportunities and initiatives based on business objectives, performance analysis and competitive landscape.

● Team Leadership:

○ Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing growth team, including Lifecycle Managers, Paid Media Specialist, and Email coordinator.

○ Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.

● Campaign Management:

○ Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of growth campaigns across various channels, especially email, SMS, paid and digital marketing.

○ Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to minimize CAC, maximize ROI and improve retention.

● Data-Driven Decision Making:

○ Utilize data and analytics to drive decisions and measure the effectiveness of growth strategies.

○ Implement and oversee A/B testing, customer segmentation, and other methodologies to optimize growth initiatives.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration:

○ Work closely with the GMs of the respective brands, as well as product, engineering, creative, merch and sales teams to align growth strategies with product development and sales objectives.

○ Provide insights and recommendations to inform product enhancements and market positioning.

● Innovation and Trends:

○ Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing.

○ Introduce innovative strategies and tools to stay ahead of the competition.
