One of our clients is looking for a Head of Brand Marketing to join their team. They are looking for a leader who will take the company from 100M impressions to 1BN+, and cement the company as a category-defining brand that generations of marketers look back on as a case study and inspiration. They are looking for an expert who can take the company to the next level.



Responsibilities:


Scaling Their Content:

  • Taking the company's brand account from 100k followers to 5M+
  • Making the company the go-to household name for anything ‘entrepreneurship’-related

Scaling Their Influencer Network:

  • Recruiting and building a Red Bull-level network of top creatives and entrepreneurs to create content on the company's behalf



Qualifications:


You’re a Content Distribution Expert:

  • You have a clear track record of achieving similar goals
  • You understand how to leverage influencers/brand ambassadors to make great content for you, at scale
  • You’re energized by the challenge of building 1 billion+ impressions and creating the next generation-defining brand

You’re a Killer Executor:

  • You know how to get thousands of pieces of content delivered on time, and at an extremely high quality bar
  • You know Content Operations like the back of your hand, and are excited to build the team and systems required to make a world-class content org run on time

You’re a Thoughtful, Effective, and Kind Manager:

  • You are capable of recruiting top-tier creative talent to join their mission and excite them about their story
  • You know how to deftly manage and delight high-ego, creative personalities to get high quality content delivered on-time
  • You care deeply about your team and that they have a great time working for you

You have ‘Great Taste’

  • You have an intuitive sense for what ‘good content’ looks like, but beyond that, can break down why a piece of content is ‘good’ into concrete first principles
  • You ‘get’ internet culture: you have a ‘knack’ for social media, a clear understanding of what ‘works’, and an eye for what gets corporate eye-rolled vs. what engenders authentic emotion & goes viral
