One of our clients is seeking a talented and analytical Digital Media Analyst to join their dynamic marketing team. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment, and providing valuable insights to inform their digital advertising strategy. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of programmatic advertising platforms, and the ability to work collaboratively to drive the success of their digital marketing initiatives.


Responsibilities:


• Campaign Management:

o Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms, including DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs.

o Monitor campaign performance, adjusting bidding strategies, targeting parameters, and creative assets to achieve KPIs and maximize ROI.

• Data Analysis:

o Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.

o Utilize data analytics tools to create reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for internal stakeholders.

• Audience Segmentation:

o Develop and refine audience targeting strategies based on data insights, demographics, and behavioral data.

o Implement audience segmentation to improve ad relevance and efficiency.

• Ad Creative Optimization:

o Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives that align with campaign objectives and resonate with target audiences.

o Continuously test and optimize ad creatives to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.

• Budget Management:

o Manage programmatic advertising budgets, allocating funds effectively across campaigns and ensuring cost efficiency.

• Industry Knowledge:

o Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the programmatic advertising landscape, making recommendations for adaptation as needed.

• Collaboration:

o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data analytics, and creative teams, to align programmatic advertising with overall marketing strategies.

• Assist in media finance process/billing.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.

• 3+ years proven experience in programmatic advertising campaign management.

• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising platforms, such as DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs.

• Proficiency in data analysis and the use of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising trends.

• Relevant certifications in programmatic advertising platforms are a plus.
