Director/Senior Director/VP Sales (West), Influencer Marketing

One of our clients is looking for an experienced Vice President of West Coast Sales and a Director/Senior Director of West Coast sales to join their team. They are looking to hire someone specifically on the West Coast.



VP Responsibilities:


  • Focus on expanding their regional presence and bringing their offering to a growing book of leading agencies and Fortune 1000 brands
  • Leverage personal relationships, product knowledge, and best practices to clearly communicate the differentiators of their offering in the market
  • Work directly with their EVP, Head of West Coast Sales and Partnerships, becoming an integral part of the senior sales team that will lead them into their next stage of growth
  • Drive the sales cycle: effectively conduct needs analysis, succinctly communicate the company's vision in the market, and proactively negotiate deals to close
  • Collect insights into a client’s organizational structure, online and offline marketing strategy, and ideal demographic
  • Participate in weekly meetings, sales and product trainings, and 1:1s
  • Identify market opportunities, process improvements, and facilitate market feedback
  • Closely track internal KPIs, be mindful of team objectives and key results, and follow best practices for automated performance reporting

VP Requirements:

 

  • 10+ years of sales experience, including managed service influencer marketing campaigns and/or relevant agency experience
  • Relevant client relationships in the West Coast
  • You have have previously engaged with leaders at agencies and Fortune 1000 companies
  • Proven record of exceeding quarterly objectives and attention to key metrics
  • Experience with Salesforce and other productivity related SaaS products
  • Selling experience in the social/media space preferred
